Once again, the Government’s migrant deal has been left in turmoil after a judge blocked the deportation of an Eritrean man at the eleventh hour.

But this time, it’s the Labour administration – led by former human rights lawyer Sir Keir Starmer – that has fallen foul of a High Court ruling, just hours before the flight.
