Carson-Newman University presented Dr. Don Reagan with the 2025 Teaching Excellence and Leadership Award. The recognition came during the University’s Fall Convocation.
Joining Carson-Newman’s faculty in 2023, Reagan serves as assistant professor of exercise science. He is also a performance physical therapist for the University’s Athletics Department. Prior to arriving at Mossy Creek, he was department chair for South College’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
His experience in clinical practice has led him to serve patients across the lifespan in outpatient settings from Mamaroneck, New York, and Chatham, Virginia, to Lynchburg, Virginia, and Maryville, Tennessee.
Reagan holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Liberty University. He completed his doctorate in physical
