Coronation Street fans have made a 'looming' prediction about Becky Swain as her arrival in Weatherfield continues to cause shockwaves.

Those who follow the ITV soap know that the wife of long-standing character DS Lisa Swain was thought to have been killed almost four years ago.

In a shock turn of events, Becky turned up in the living room of Lisa and her fiancée Carla's new home, No.6 Coronation Street, on their daughter, Betsy's, 18th birthday, despite her devastated family thinking she had died in line of duty.

As those tuning in saw, Lisa struggled to believe Becky was standing in front of her, and was unable to get her head around the fact that Becky had allowed her and their daughter, Betsy, to grieve her for so long despite her whole death being fake.
