COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio —

New body camera video shows the moment an accused wrong-way driver was taken into custody after leading police on a chase.

Multiple people called 911 back in June to report the driver going the wrong-way on Interstate 275 before he crashed into the woods in Colerain Township. Advertisement

The video shows Justin Kemp, 35, being taken into custody. Officers had to use pepper balls to get him out of his truck after he led them on a chase and caused several crashes.

Officers also found a glass pipe in his truck.

Kemp is currently being held at the Butler County Jail, where he's facing unrelated theft charges.
