Thunderstorms developed in western Iowa on Tuesday evening and never left. It was a night of stormy conditions from Western Dallas County through Guthrie County, Audubon, and up towards Carroll County.
The heaviest rain fell in Guthrie County, near Guthrie Center and Panora. This is where radar estimates of more than 5" of rain fell. A Flash Flood Warning was in effect until 7:15 this morning for that area.
