BAXTER COUNTY, Ark. — The Baxter County Sheriff's Office (BSCO) confirmed on Wednesday that a body found in Lake Norfolk is that of a missing man.

According to authorities, the body was recovered from Norfolk during the morning on Sept. 17. Investigators identified the person as 49-year-old Glenn Bradley, who was reported missing on Sept. 15.

Police said that Bradley was reported missing in the Float Creek area of Lake Norfolk. They said that he "entered the water from a broken down boat several hours earlier in the day in an attempt to swim to the shore near Point 5A."

Authorities shared that Bradley was with another person and confirmed that the second individual remained in the boat.
