Members of Claremont Rambling Club went on one of their favourite walks, a stretch of the John Muir Way between East Linton and Dunbar. ‌

As usual, everyone had a choice of either a longer walk or a shorter one. The main walk, pictured above, started in the centre of East Linton, going around Drylaw Hill and through open countryside and then joining the John Muir Way. ‌

Meanwhile the alternative walk started at Phantassie, passing its famous Dovecot. The two routes converged soon after that point, through varied scenery including woods, farmlands (Brussels sprouts by the million!) the sandy beach of Belhaven Bay, the John Muir Country Park and the Bridge to Nowhere. ‌
