A Farm Boy store in Toronto is temporarily closed for “preventative maintenance,” according to a note on its door.
The location at 740 Dupont St., near Christie St., was closed on Tuesday with plans to reopen on Wednesday morning at its usual opening time of 8 a.m.
However, the store remains closed, according to its website, and a call to the location went unanswered.
The reached out to Farm Boy but did not hear back in time for publication.
“This store is temporarily closed for preventative maintenance,” the customer notice at the store entrance reads.
“We anticipate reopening in a timely manner,” it continues.
“We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we take every step to provide the safest possible environment.”
