WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) - A Trumbull County grand jury has declined rape charges against a Niles man.

A no bill was returned against 38-year-old Josh Vigorito on two counts of rape.

Charges were filed against Vigorito in Niles Municipal Court in July 2025 and referred for grand jury consideration in August.

The decision not to indict Vigorito was made last week.
