Harrisburg police arrested a 35-year-old man after Harrisburg police say they found him setting fires Tuesday in the “Tent City” homeless encampment.
Police were dispatched around 3:20 p.m. to the South Front Street camp, where they met witnesses who said there was a “white heavy-set male without a shirt and approximately 6 feet tall who is setting fires,” according to an affidavit of probable cause.
Ethan King was found nearby, next to a box that was on fire and a couch that a witness said he tried to ignite, the affidavit said.
