SAGINAW, MI — A Dearborn man is facing criminal charges for allegedly trying to meet up with what he thought was a minor for sex at a vacation destination in Frankenmuth. Turns out, the underage girl was actually an internet vigilante group.

Starting around June 14, Shah Hussain began exchanging messages with a supposed 14-year-old girl, prosecutors allege. Unbeknownst to the 37-year-old Hussain, the teen’s messages were coming from Skeeter Jean, an internet personality who describes himself on his YouTube channel as a “professional Chris Hansen impersonator.”
