4-story apartment building, retail space OK’d for Ann Arbor’s Packard Street

ANN ARBOR, MI — Development plans are now approved to add another four-story building to The George apartment complex at 2502 Packard St. in Ann Arbor.

The city’s Planning Commission voted unanimously Tuesday night, Sept. 16, to OK the proposed addition, which will bring 46 new apartments and ground-floor retail space to the existing 249-unit apartment complex, officials said.
