Lewis Capaldi left one of his biggest fans in tears last night (September 17) after performing an incredible act of kindness outside his sold-out show at London’s O2 Arena.
The 28-year-old chart-topper was heading into the venue ahead of his performance to thousands of fans when he came across Maddi Thurgood, a young supporter who suffers from an ultra-rare form of motor neurone disease called SPG15.
