FanDuel dished out $80,000 to the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA ) to restore express train service during the Philadelphia Eagles ’ season-opener earlier this month. Now, amidst a on-going state budget delay, other state agencies are looking toward the sports betting giant for financial assistance.

The Pennsylvania Homecare Association recently sent a letter to daily fantasy and PA online sports betting market leader requesting a similar form of financial aid. The bold ask comes as lawmakers in the Commonwealth are in the middle of a two-month budget standoff .
