An Alabama woman who used to work at a day care center was found responsible for the death of a 4-month-old baby who died on her watch .
Payton Gann, whose age was not available, was found guilty by a jury in June after she faced a charge of manslaughter in connection with the death of 4-month-old Autumn Wells. Gann, who is one of four people facing charges in the baby's death, was sentenced on Tuesday to 20 years in prison; however, she will only have to serve six years behind bars plus five years of probation. If she violates her probation, she will have to serve the full 20-year sentence.
