Two Lawrence men have been arrested and charged after authorities say they were found with a pill press and more than 18 kilograms of drugs.
Jose Vasquez Lantigua, 47, and Manuel Santana-Soto, 35, were arrested and charged in state court in late August, but were also charged in federal court this week, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Law enforcement officers saw a third suspect, Joshua Morales , going in and out of a third-floor apartment in Methuen that prosecutors described as a “known drug distribution and manufacturing location,” according to court documents. He then drove to Lawrence, where he was arrested.
