A shelter in place is underway in York County, Pennsylvania, after a reported shooting on Wednesday, according to Lt. Gov. Austin Davis.
NBC10 affiliate WGAL is reporting that there is an active police incident in the area of Haar and Emig roads in North Codorus Township that started just after 2 p.m. on Sept. 17.

Lt. Gov. Davis is urging residents to stay away from the area while Gov. Josh Shapiro said that he is heading to the scene.
