CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) -- A man is wanted after he allegedly stole several items at a discount store in Chesapeake and pepper sprayed the store manager.

On Sept. 4, the suspect entered a store, located in the 2000 block of Battlefield North, and began to hide several items in a bag.

The suspect was approached by the store manager, who he pepper sprayed. He then exited the store on foot in an unknown direction.
