INDIANAPOLIS — An early offseason injury sidelined Butler guard Jalen Jackson , but the Purdue Fort Wayne transfer is back at practice and ready to contribute for the upcoming season.

Jackson dislocated his ankle during Butler 's second summer workout. He missed most of offseason practice, only able to work off to the side with trainers and ride a stationary bike. Jackson looked to be at full speed at practice Tuesday, doing all individual and team drills. He said he expects to be ready for the start of the season.
