FARMINGTON, Conn. (WFSB) - It’s a story the I-Team first broke two years ago and has been following ever since.

The Farmington Valley developer accused of taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in deposits, and failing to build homes, faces a new criminal charge.

This has been a long process for many of William Ferrigno’s alleged victims. The victim in this latest case says they paid Ferrigno more than $160,000 for a home he never started.

Ferrigno and his attorney continue to tell us, no comment.
