The radio personality broke down the pay structure during his season, which he won in 2018 alongside pro Sharna Burgess , revealing that he ultimately walked away with six figures during season 27, which included a salary bump after surviving every elimination.

"That show pays okay,” Bobby (real name Bobby Estell ) explained on the Sept. 15 episode of Jason Tartick 's Trading Secrets podcast . “Like first episode, no money, second episode, $10,000. I think it's like, $10,000, $10,000, $20,000—it ends up being $50,000 an episode, if you last. So I ended up making like close to $400,000 from that show. So financially, pretty good."
