SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Today marks 238 years since the U.S. Constitution was signed.
Indiana University (IU) South Bend held an event this afternoon to mark the anniversary; and it included Constitution themed trivia, prizes, and free pizza.
Our team was there to capture some of the fun; and we talked to a political science professor who explained the importance of recognizing the day.
