LAMBEAU FIELD, Wis. (WBAY) - Wednesday marks 102 years since the Packers first shareholders meeting, and to celebrate, we’re highlighting the Green Bay Packers, their fans, and what makes this franchise so different than most in the NFL in this edition of We The People.

It started at the first stock sales, going $5 per share, and anyone who bought five got a box seat for every home game.

That saved the franchise from going belly up, and the tradition has become a symbol of pride for the current 539,000 Packer owners.
