JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Florida’s Chief Financial Officer claims he found millions of dollars in overspending in the city’s budget over the last five years.

Blaise Ingoglia was back in Jacksonville on Wednesday to discuss the findings of the audit he started back in August as the city council prepares to finalize its budget for the upcoming fiscal year.

"The city of Jacksonville is overtaxing and overspending your money to the tune of almost $200 million," Ingoglia explained.

Ingoglia was joined by republican leaders, including State Sen. Clay Yarborough, for a press conference at the Americans for Prosperity office in Jacksonville.
