Ange Postecoglou remains winless as Nottingham Forest manager after a Socceroos defender knocked the Premier League club out of the EFL Cup in dramatic fashion on Thursday (AEST).

Cameron Burgess, appointed Swansea City captain after signing from Ipswich Town in the off-season, opened his goalscoring account for the club with a 68th minute header from a corner.

Forest still led 2-1 at that point thanks to Igor Jesus' first half brace but Zan Vipotnik scored Swansea's equaliser in the third minute of added time.
