My Learning Studio OUTREACH has long helped bolster students’ skills.

With the new school year underway, it has resumed its partnership with the nonprofit Assistance League of Riverside to bring the center’s specialized tutoring to additional students.

The center, located in Woodcrest south of Riverside, offers the Reading Assistance Program for free.

It focuses on reading and reading comprehension and is geared toward students in second through sixth grades who are reading at a lower grade level than their own, a news release states.
