SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — Summit Carbon Solutions is requesting that its Iowa CO2 pipeline permit be modified.

According to a petition filed with the state's utilities commission, Summit is requesting that state officials amend the permit to reflect route and pipe size modifications.

Those amendments would include adding an ethanol plant to the route, along with amending the conditions in regards to North Dakota and South Dakota, and route changes at certain rail and road crossings.
