IOWA (KCAU) — The Iowa Finance Authority awarded $1.3 million to help stop homelessness in the state.
The money would be used to bolster those efforts, some of the funds coming to northwest Iowa.

Sioux City is receiving $104,000, which will go to the Siouxland Coalition to End Homelessness in Woodbury County.
Family Crisis Center is getting $65,000 to help folks in its 10-county service area.
And the Upper Des Moines Opportunity was granted more than $80,000 for multiple counties in the metro, including
