KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A crash has shut down all eastbound lanes of I-40 in Knoxville near West Hills, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

TDOT said the wreck was reported around 7:15 p.m. with traffic backed up near North Cedar Bluff Road around 8:30 p.m.

A view from a TDOT SmartWay camera showed a tractor-trailer jackknifed against the divider in the center of the road, with emergency crews responding.
