EXCLUSIVE: At least 10 film and TV publicists from MPRM Communications have abruptly departed the firm and headed to Dolphin Entertainment-owned 42West . The exiting group includes MPRM’s Film & Entertainment EVP Sylvia Desrochers and longtime awards and corporate strategist Caitlin McGee .

Not that MPRM is simply waving bye-bye.

“MPRM intends to pursue any and all available remedies through litigation, if necessary,” the firm told the departing staffers in a letter from the company’s lawyers Wednesday.
