PHILADELPHIA — The Eagles received positive news on the injury front ahead of their Week 3 game against the Rams.

Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert was back at practice on Wednesday at the NovaCare Complex after missing last Sunday’s Super Bowl rematch against the Chiefs.

Goedert did not practice last week and didn’t play against the Chiefs due to a knee sprain. But the veteran tight end was present and in pads on Wednesday, running through non-contact drills during the media’s open viewing window.

There’s still the chance that Goedert will be limited in practice this week and even on Sunday against the Rams. But it was a good sign to see him out there so early in the week.
