MOORHEAD — Authorities are investigating after a vehicle struck a pedestrian Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 17, in south Moorhead.
The crash happened near the intersection of 14th Street South and 44th Avenue South, southeast of SG Reinertsen Elementary School. The location is just south of where 9-year-old Adam Amin was hit and killed by a city water truck while riding his bike in July.
According to the emergency notification app PulsePoint, the crash was reported just before 5 p.m. Wednesday. A WDAY News photographer at the scene said he saw an ambulance leave about 20 minutes later with its lights off.
Police have not said whether anyone was seriously injured. The incident remains under investigation.
