(WHTM) -- A vigil will be held Thursday evening to mourn the police officers lost in Wednesday's tragedy in York County.

The Spring Grove Area Historical Preservation Society says the vigil will be held at Alliance Church, 213 North Main Street, in Spring Grove.

It will take place at 7 p.m. at the church.

The greater Spring Grove community is mourning the loss of three police officers in a shooting about two miles south of town on Wednesday afternoon.

Two other officers are in critical condition as of late Wednesday.
