LOGAN, Utah (ABC4) — A Logan man has pleaded guilty to assaulting a domestic partner in May, admitting that he forced her to take him to Salt Lake City after he broke her rib.

Carson Warr, 34, was charged with aggravated kidnapping (first-degree felony), aggravated assault with serious injury (second-degree felony, with the domestic violence attribute), and aggravated robbery (first-degree felony).

Warr pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault, and both were amended to third-degree felonies with the domestic violence attribute as part of a plea deal. The aggravated robbery charge was dismissed without prejudice.
