FLORIDA GATORS associate head coach and running backs coach Jabbar Juluke has been suspended for three games.
The decision follows a series of scuffles that broke out ahead of Florida's game against the LSU Tigers in Baton Rouge on Saturday.
Players from both teams were seen having altercations on the field before the game, which ended in a 21-10 loss for the visitors.
A statement released by the SEC and Florida announced the suspension and issued a warning to Juluke regarding his future conduct.
SEC commissioner Greg Sankey said in the release: "Jabbar Juluke's conduct during the pregame altercation reflects behavior that is unacceptable and not aligned with the standards of the Southeastern Conference."
