Hollywood actor and photographer Brad Everett Young has died following a crash in the US.

The actor - who had appeared in shows such as Grey's Anatomy and Boy Meets Word - was in an accident on the 134 Freeway in Los Angeles.

He died following injuries sustained in the collision after his vehicle was hit by a car travelling the wrong way down the motorway, his publicist confirmed.

The actor was pronounced dead at the scene, whilst the other driver was taken to hospital.

Young was a familiar figure in Hollywood, working behind the lens with Vanity Fair, Vogue, and The Hollywood Reporter.
