‘Leaky windows, leaky ceilings’: $2.1M repair sparks outrage over state Supreme Court building design flaws

A multimillion-dollar repair job at the state Supreme Court building in St. George has District Attorney Michael E. McMahon and borough attorneys lashing out about long-standing problems with building that was opened a decade ago.

“How can they be doing this major scaffolding repair 10 years in and not be held accountable?” McMahon said. “It’s just disappointing that 10 years in there are major problems with this building.”
