Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker highlighted her administration's work during her State of Philadelphia address in Center City.
Parker addressed members of the Union League of Philadelphia and gave an update on the State of Philadelphia at a luncheon the afternoon of Wednesday, September 18, 2025.

The mayor spoke about economic growth, public safety and infrastructure initiatives, such as the Clean and Green Program, and more.
"The state of the Parker administration is strong," said Parker at the start of her speech.
Parker said regarding public safety, "Philadelphia is becoming a safer city."
"Homicides have declined by 36% last year and they have declined by over 15% again this year," Parker share
