CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Three men were arrested and charged with the murder of a 4-year-old boy who during a car theft in a Charlotte neighborhood on Wednesday morning.
Court documents showed that Angelo Lamont Hudson, Jordon Chandler Davis and Marquise Guerrier were arrested in the case.
Affidavits connected all three -- plus a fourth person -- to the Sept. 17 theft of a Dodge Charger on in Charlotte.
The affidavits allege that when they stole the Charger, a person in the vehicle they arrived in fired shots into townhomes. The shots entered at least one of the homes and hit a 4-year-old boy. He died before he could be taken to the hospital.
