Max George has been flooded with messages of love and support after he revealed he had to pay the hospital a visit in a series of social media snaps.

The Wanted star returned to the stage earlier this year, after he underwent heart surgery and had a pacemaker fitted over the 2024 Christmas period.

He revealed in December that he suddenly started to feel unwell and doctors found a "block" in his heart when he arrived at the hospital, which meant that it was beating to an abnormal rhythm.

In his Instagram post at the time, he wrote: "Although this is a huge shock and no doubt a set back, it’s something I’ll take on with all I’ve got! I count myself very lucky that this was caught when it was."
