The suspect in a mass police shooting Wednesday was accused of stalking a woman the day before at the York County farm where three officers were killed and two injured, court records show.

Matthew J. Ruth, 24, of Hanover, was charged on Wednesday with stalking, loitering/prowling at nighttime, and criminal trespassing.
