MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Theodore man has been sentenced in federal court for trafficking illegal machinegun-conversion devices, according to a Department of Justice news release.

According to court documents, on several occasions early this year, 29-year-old Bryan Figueroa Guzman was recorded while selling, purchasing and possessing illegal machinegun-conversion devices — otherwise known as "Glock switches."

Guzman sold two switches for $600 to an informant on Jan. 20, 2025. A couple of months later, on March 6, 2025, he sold another switch to the same informant for $300. Then, on March 14, 2025, Guzman bought 20 of the switches from an informant and an undercover federal agent.
