Opportunities abound for residents of assisted living facilities to celebrate this High Holy Day season. In years past, those in assisted living facilities would have had to search those opportunities out on their own, but more and more, they are finding the celebrations and services of the season are happening under their own roof.

“We are hosting an intimate High Holiday dinner for residents, their families and friends, featuring traditional foods and meaningful conversation,” Eileen Duggan, the senior vice president of operations at Maplewood Senior Living in Chardon, told the Cleveland Jewish News. “The gathering is designed to foster intergenerational and interfaith connection within our community.”
