MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. (WHNT) — A baby was dropped off in the baby box at the Muscle Shoals Fire Station, according to Muscle Shoals Fire Chief John Hyde.

The baby box was installed at Muscle Shoals Fire Station 4, located on Old Highway 20, in October 2024.

It was the 10th baby box to be installed in the state of Alabama and the first in the Shoals.
