POTSDAM, New York (WWNY) - Potsdam police have arrested a man for allegedly texting a nude photo of an ex-girlfriend and trespassing at her home.

According to court documents, 40-year-old Luke Masden of Auburn allegedly texted a nude photo of his ex-girlfriend to an acquaintance.

He’s also accused of going to his ex’s home when she was out of town and texting her a photo of an open back door. He allegedly texted, “Your bed is comfy.”

Village police charged Masden with dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image, harassment and criminal trespass.

He was arraigned in Potsdam Town Court and released.

An order of protection was issued for the ex-girlfriend.
