Business owners in Pittsburgh's Strip District have filed a lawsuit against the city and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, seeking to stop a project that would reduce Penn Avenue to one lane between 31st and 22nd streets.
The plan includes adding a bike lane next to the curb and a parking spot next to the single lane of traffic, which the city says is part of their plan to make the Strip District safer. Advertisement

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday. City officials have stated they have not yet received it, so they are unable to comment.
