Matt Reeves’ The Batman – Part II is finally getting ready to go into production early next year. Reports are coming out that the film is aiming for an early spring 2026 production start. But we know very little about Reeves’ follow-up to 2022’s The Batman. All we know is that Robert Pattinson has read the script, which is under airtight security. But podcaster Josh Horowitz did get one big nugget of information out of Reeves at the Emmys red carpet. Via Variety, we learned that Reeves told Horowitz that the sequel would feature villains that “have never really been done in a movie before.”
