The Ohio Department of Transportation has approved a building permit for the Cleveland Browns to construct its proposed domed stadium that will sit in a new entertainment district in Brook Park, according to a release.

After a comprehensive review and study and detailed analysis by an outside consultant and more information submitted by the City of Cleveland Department of Port Control and Clyde & Co., lawyers for the Haslam Sports, ODOT gave the go-ahead.
