FUNK, Neb. (KSNB) - The case against an Axtell man charged in the deaths of three people in Phelps County is going to district court.
Brock Schneider, 35, waived his preliminary hearing on seven felony charges connected to a deadly three-vehicle crash west of Funk in August.
Those charges are three counts of felony manslaughter, three counts of motor vehicle homicide - DUI and one count of second-degree assault.
They stem from a crash at the intersection of Hwy 6 and Road T on Aug. 15, where three people were killed.
Those victims were identified as Wallace Martin, 67, of Holdrege, Randall Franklin, 36, of Funk, and Justin Mason, 34, of Arapahoe.
It was the evening of Aug. 15 when first responders found a Chevy Silverado and a Ford F-250 on fire with substantial crash-related damage
