MUSCATINE, Iowa (KWQC) - A road closure will be in place this weekend for the Crossroads, Inc.’s Fourth Annual FestivALL, a fundraising and awareness event.

West 2nd Street from Chestnut Street to Pine Street will be closed beginning at 3 p.m., Friday, for the event, city leaders said. City of Muscatine Parking Lot #2, located at Pine and West 2nd Street, will also be closed during this time.

The closure will remain in effect through 9 p.m. on Saturday, to allow for event activities and cleanup.

FestivALL is scheduled for Saturday from 1 to 7 p.m. in the 200 block of East 2nd Street.

The festival began as a small parking lot carnival and has now grown into a community street festival celebrating seniors and individuals with disabilities.
